In this project we removed a floor and tub surround tile installation that had failed in numerous places, replacing it with modern large format tile and bulletproof waterproofing (splash away, kids). Of note on this project was a shallow wall cavity where the niche was to go. Our solution was a niche with a short shelf. No more balancing too many bottles and bath toys on a small corner shelf.
