In this project, we replaced degraded wood cladding and trim on a balcony deck railing, in addition to the ceiling beneath.

In the process, we discovered that the wood rot ran deeper that expected, compromising structural members and posing a risk to residents, which we also replaced.

Now this family has a beautiful AND safe outdoor space to enjoy!
